Which version of OSX? If it's 10.4.x (which I don't have and won't be buying)
then I think it ships with a libxslt and I suspect Apple have done what it did
with libxml2 previously and shipped an inconsistent set of libraries/headers.

Can you email me the output of a complete raptor configure; make run?
