<DIV>The unexpected thing is, that the parsing into the DBMS take only a part of the time that parsing into main memory needs. But why?</DIV>

<DIV>-> in mainmem: 50 seconds</DIV>
<DIV>-> in database: 15 seconds</DIV>

<DIV>File: wordnet_hyponyms-20010201.rdf</DIV>
<DIV>-> in mainmen: 922 seconds</DIV>
<DIV>-> in database: 57 seconds</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>File: GALEN.OWL</DIV>
<DIV>-> in mainmen: 81 seconds</DIV>
<DIV>-> in database: 24 seconds</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I only changed the storage from main memory to a database connection.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>But I was expecting, that parsing into a database take a longer time, than into main memory.</DIV>
