[doap-interest] DOAP support in PyPI

hi,

in July I read the news [1] about the DOAP support in Python Package
Index. This was a great news, but at those moments I hadn't time to
check that this output wasn't correct. 

But this week that I've some free time I've opened two bugs ([2] and
[3]) about it, and it's fixed with a small patch that I sent.

So, now PyPI has a correct DOAP support. I talk about it in my blog [4],
but it's only in spanish, sorry.
